I'm not one to leave negative reviews, especially small businesses, as I believe resolving issues with management/owners is a better use of time However I've already expressed my concerns with the owner months ago and was appalled at how rude and disrespectful someone could be. She thinks my dogs bakery and herself is a gift to the city of Peoria, but what she doesn't realize is that there are many online retailers who provide a lot friendlier service then the condensending service she provides. I will say I've had some pleasant experiences when shopping here when I'm dealing with her staff BUT never with the actual owner herself which is so sad.
I have left the area, and still save my pomeranian's grooming trips for when we are in town.
If you like your dogs skin to become extremely irritated and enjoy dealing with an insensitive, rude, and pretentious owner that doesn't recognize what her groomer did led to your dog having to go to the vet, then I would highly recommend taking your pets to "my dog's bakery". Otherwise, it would be in your best interest to avoid this business.
I went in there asking about nail clippings. Not only do they accwt walkins but they had her out in about 15 min7tes. The ladirs also hel0ed dind the best treats and toys for my pit which is a hard chewer
Great selection of dog treats, toy and accessories. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The groomers do an awesome job and take great care of my dog. I can tell they really love animals and treat them well.
