Let me start by saying I don't usually leave reviews, although my experience at Mike Miller Hyundai definitely deserves one and then some!
I was searching all day for a car & this was one of the last stops we were making, I was starting to feel discouraged that I wouldn't find one.. we had AJ help us & within a hour or so I was driving off the lot with a brand new car! Aj was very nice and very helpful for this first time car buyer! I would highly recommend going there if you’re searching for a good car and amazing deals!!
I had been researching online about leasing a car and Megan reached out to me quickly and was able to answer any questions I had and get me a quote. I felt confident enough to set up a time to come in and take a test drive. When I got there I was lucky to have AJ as my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with! I won't go anywhere else. I am now a customer for life!
Almost forgot to send a shout out to Chad Mucciante (the Finance Manager) who helped close our deal. Paperwork can be tedious and take forever, but Chad got us all taken care very promptly, while still taking the time to answer any questions we had.
I stopped by early in the morning to look at a car I found online. Ryan Kneer (the General Manager) came out to great me as his sales people were just arriving for the day. After having a great conversation with him, Ryan introduced Rodney Rodgers (One of the best sales guys you'll ever meet), and let me know he would be helping me out. Both guys were great from the start, very helpful and not pushy at all.
The next day I sent Rodney an email with a few follow up questions before I brought my wife in later that night. I guess he was with a customer, but within 10 minutes, I had an email back from Megan Welker (the Internet Manager) answering my questions because she didn't want me to have to wait til Rodney was done with his customers. That spoke volumes to me on their customer service and the great teamwork that goes on there.
My wife and I went in that evening, and Rodney was finishing up with another customer, so Geoff (another sales person) took us on our test drive so we didn't have to wait. After I got the seal of approval from the wife, we started talking numbers. Ryan and Rodney got me a great deal, and I couldn't be happier with my new Hyundai Tucson. I will be doing all my future business with these guys. They are a great team, or as Ryan says, a great family. And I am glad my family is now a part of it.
Just an all around awesome experience, 11 out of 10 in my book!

Unfortunately the car I stopped to look at, did not fit my needs. I was so impressed in my interaction with the Mike Miller team, I decided to search their inventory to find a car I could still purchase it there.
I ended up finding a Hyundai Tuscon on their site later that day, and stopped to test drive it. Amazing vehicle! I didn't buy it that night as I wanted my wife to drive it and make sure it was a comfortable fit for her as well.
