Had to bring my vehicle twice to get the alignment done... they take you for a ride and charge extra money from no where...they dont respect the online coupons and charge you more money

Long waiting time...
I purchased a new tire and had it installed. I had just purchased the vehicle used and they looked it over for any damaged or worn items so that I had a list of items to repair. They also were very informative on what needs to be repaired in order to make my vehicle safe on the road. Thank you.
The staff is not well trained to do the job
Ordered tires three weeks ago. Was never told they were back ordered until I called to check on them. They offered to order other cheaper tires and I said fine. They told me they would be here a week later. A week came and went and no call or mention that they arrived. Went into the store to cancel the order altogether and was told I had to pay a restocking fee because the tires had arrived. I was never told the tires were in and told them I was not willing to pay a restocking fee. The manager would not budge. I will never get anything done at Sears Auto again and I encourage you to do the same.

I have been using Sears Auto Center for a couple of years now. I was tired of spending an entire day at the dealership (because they won't take appointments) and then spending 25-50% more for services. I LOVE Sears Auto Center. I spend less time waiting for my car to have work done. I get honest and dependable information about what my car needs. I get reasonable prices and always have coupons offered. I don't get pressured into doing things I don't need. I feel as if I have a rapport with the guys that work there and I feel respected. I LOVE this location!
