I was at Dr Boyd's office for the first time today. We got in in good time. Dr Boyd was extremely kind and very informative.his nurse Ronda was equally very good!
I had the best care... I'm going back:)
I originally had Dr. Fleming but he moved out of state and Dr Boyd was going to take care of me and deliver the baby. I was very nervous because this would be my first vaginal birth after a c-section. I was set on having a vaginal birth. When I got to the hospital and was in labor everything was wonderful, I had the best nurses and I believe it was actually Boyd's sons birthday that day, everything was perfect, it was like a tea party between my legs between pushes. A was just a tiny bit difficult, I was caught red handed eating a Reese's and during pushes I took off that stupid blood pressure cuff that wouldn't stop squeezing my arm every time I had a contraction and had to push. She was very nice and informative, I loved her! Appointments are long waiting only because they take their time. They always took their time WITH you.
My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for over a year we went to dr. Boyd and hope that he would help he had me on all these medications to help me get pregnant but I got tired of going to appointment after appointment and him not listening to me every time I would bring up trying to get pregnant he would completely ignore it he is by far one of the worst gynecologist I have ever had he goes into the room and tells you everything super fast and then leaves you don't have any time to get anything and you don't have any time to tell him anything your concerns anything he is just ridiculous you'll be waiting in the waiting room for about an hour and then and your actual patient room for about half an hour if not longer well he's right outside the room talking about stupid s*** like family and friends and ridiculous stuff last time I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half and then in the back patient room for about an hour while he was literally outside my door talking about his sister or his aunt or something like that and I drive an hour just to go up there I got tired of it and I switch to dr. Overcash and Peoria and I come to find out that the medication dr. Boyd had me on was preventing me from getting pregnant when I have PCOS it's hard to get pregnant and because of that dumbass I could have missed my shot I will never refer anybody to him I learn more and my one visit with dr. Overcash then I did the entire year I was with Boyd he does not explain anything to you unless that's just him treating me different because I had the medical card. All I can all I can think about is how many other couples has he done this to I have been a complete emotional wreck since yesterday when I found this out I've been throwing up I've been crying it's ridiculous he completely f***** my world up!!!

Had the worst experiance ever through this office and staff. The wait once you go to your appointment can be over an hour, then they see you for 30 seconds. My first and only child almost died on their watch because they kept telling me the pain and rapid swelling were normal, it wasn't. I had server Pre-Eclampsia and ended up getting an Emergency C-Section and not one time did they or anyone at the office check up on us. Then after having a emergency c-sec, I was in the hospital for 10 days. Once I got out I went for a follow up and they missed I was in full on Eclampsia, even passed out in their office and they sent me home. Had to have a 2nd surgery and again they missed out on why and wouldn't explain what was going on to me. They also completely missed my severe postpartum depression, who my new 34 week Preemie's doctor happened to catch and got me help because they told me I was on my own more or less. Avoid them at all cost.
