We called Fox Services Express for an emergency at my grandfathers home. We called around and they were the only ones who answered the phone. Mike came to our home and found the issue right away and repaired it. He suggested we replaced his fuse box as well because of the age and that the wrong size fuses were in it at the time. After getting a few other quotes, they were the only one who guaranteed the quoted price would stay the same and it was in-line with others. He did an excellent job, taking pictures before and after for us and emailed them to us as we live out of state and could not be there for this repair. Fox couldnt have treated us better.
I had Fox Services over to work on my hot tub that wasn't working properly. The technician, Spencer, arrived to my house on time and was excellent! He explained everything to me and checked the prices with me up front. He was able to fix the problem that day and my hot tub works perfectly now! I will defiantly be going back to them for any other work that I need done!
I have used Fox Services several times on home improvement and emergency services. Their staff are very helpful and give wonderful guidance to find solutions. I have also had them at my Mother's home on some major projects with the same wonderful results. Highly recommend their services!!
I feel like this company took advantage of my 84 year old mom that lives alone. I am just learning today about her receipt for this now 2 years later. Over $3000 for a new panel on a tiny home, only 100 amps. I would have expected the cost to be between $1500-$2000. This is the average rate for this job in 2016. (UPDATE as of August 4, 2017): I see I am not the only person here who feels there was an overcharge. How dare you tell me that my comment is "slanderous, inaccurate and inappropriate" and that I must "remove it"! What I spoke was simple truth, I can prove it, and apparently from what I am reading from other comments here now.....I am not alone in my assessment. I will gladly send your statements to my lawyer if that is the way you wish to do business. Look, I will have to gather my mother's paper work and scan it and confront you in an email with the facts. I am not giving her name here in public. Really, why do I have to deal with keeping so many people from taking advantage of my mom? This isn't the only encounter at the moment.
We have used Fox Services several times. Whether it’s installing a few new lights or a full house surge protector, we have had wonderful service. We have had three different technicians and felt each one has been amazing. Highly recommend this group!
