I will never use this tanning salon again. I have been burned twice by this company. They have several locations so beware. First time I bought a package at the location on Allen Road and the beds were old and uncomfortable. No fans to keep you cool because none of the equipment such as fans and radios worked in any of the beds I ever used. The employees were self serving individuals who seem to find more time outside smoking, or on the phone and if you want your nails done you better look like you have a ton of money. I stopped at their Knoxville location and I got talked into joining there club again by a spunky manager or I should say head glorified bed cleaner. I spent a bunch of money on tanning lotion and a package. I did about six tans at this location and on the seventh tan I arrived to find the Knoxville location closed and all my stuff moved to the Allen Road location. So I go back to Allen Road only to find that the equipment still does not work, the employees still suck and that someone had been using my very expensive tanning lotion. I brought it up to the manager (the spunky one) and she just winced and said... really ....oh my ....but did not offer to even try and make it right….good bye to you Reflections Tannery…and I hope others do the same….
I recently left this tanning salon and will NEVER return. First off, the beds are very outdated and no longer get me tan. Every time I use a bed there, at least 2 bulbs would we burnt & they didn't seem to care. Very sad that they don't seem to care about their OWN customers complaints. Secondly, the service is unreal, in the worst way possible! I would be rudely greeted upon entering the salon. No hi, how are you today? Just, what's your last night & which bed are you using today? Wow, talk about great customer service! Annnd lastly, they will antagonize you to buy lotion, goggles or more packages EVERY time you enter that store. No, I told you I did not need lotion yesterday so therefore, today is the SAME answer. My customer service complaints are solely about the Brandywine Location, but all in all the beds suck no matter which location you use in Peoria! They will treat you rudely and want to take all your money! I do not recommend using this salon!
Just signed up for the tanning club here! The associate who helped me was very nice! The bed was great I feel so good! Got 4 sample packets of lotion and $15 to use on upgrades, free goggles, and 25% off my first lotion purchase! Came in like 15 minutes before close and associate didn't seem at all bothered, she even let me tan! Great service! My new favorite place to tan! Thanks Reflections!!
If you are only looking to tan for a short length of time do not do the three month contract, it is a minimum of three months and if you forget that you have it you get charged $22 a month anf do not know it. It is what I would call brilliant and legal theft. The facilities are great though it is just a mistake by me for signing up. So if you are forgetfull DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!
Great salon and tanning salon for peoria. Very experienced and best quality of service around. Love the beds here and it's a staple of a locally owned business in Peoria. Highly recommended.
