Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Dan Crowell easily the nicest and most helpful sales person I have ever meet. Dan went above and beyond my expectations, you could definitely tell that he really cared about his customers and wanted to find what best suited their needs! He even stay an hour an a half past close making sure he went through all of our options & never once tried to hurry the process. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and presented them all to us. We walked out very happy customers!! Denver Mattress is lucky to have an employee like Dan!
From the time we entered the store we had a good experience. Andres was very polite and helped us get the best deal. Our mattress was delivered by Mike and Warren and they were very professional. We have had many deliveries over the years and these two were top notch, definitely an asset to Denver Mattress.
We bought a Mountainaire mattress after the manager told us about them. We loved it until we started having a problem with the pump. Even though it was over the warranty, Denver Mattress honored their service. They took care of us and made sure we had a bed we could sleep in without going into more debt. The customer service is better than any store I have dealt with in my life. I guess that is why we come back to Denver Mattress, Oak Express and Sofa Mart every time we need something. I especially want to thank Ruben, the District Sales Manager, and Larry Bland, the store manager, they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They stand behind their products!
I bought a mattress from here yesterday and will be picking it up in a few weeks from a different location so this review is not about the quality of mattress, but about the service I received. The employee acted very much like a salesperson, but that was to be expected. My boyfriend was sitting with me when I purchased the mattress, but they talked very little and he had nothing to do with deciding on the mattress or purchasing it. As we were leaving, the salesperson felt the need to say to him "Thank you for taking care of her". While this seems small, it really offended me. Why are you thanking anyone for taking care of me, you don't even know me? I am a woman in her twenties who takes care of herself, I simply wanted the company to go shopping so the assumption that the male I am with is acting as my caretaker is extremely offensive. At no point in the conversation did we even say that we were dating or mention anything about "taking care of me" and frankly I'm tired of middle aged men acting like we are still in the 1950s. I'm seriously considering returning the mattress simply because I don't want the employee to receive the commission for my purchase. The mattresses may be great, but I will not be shopping at this location ever again.
