The store did issue a total refund which is why they got two stars instead of one. They would have gotten three if not for the rude and ignorant peanut gallery in the background ... For all the pizza choices in town guess who just made bottom of the barrel for ordering. Ill drive for pickup someplace else before ordering here again.
Horrible experience. Went in for carry out and watched an employee struggle to cut a pizza while his 4 foot long dreadlocks were dragging through the hot cheese. Disgusting. Called the call center and they argued that maybe it's acceptable because of religious reasons. What religious belief requires an individual to drag unwashed human hair across a hot pizza. Was promised a phone local phone call would be coming forthwith. Instead received a vague email from Manager Chris Harrach stating my information was insufficient for him to act on. Never again will I visit this store. Any other location of this brand will only ever be patronized as a last resort.
This location ruined my daughters birthday by being an hour late. I had already lost the birthday room by that time. Then when they tried to compensate me by giving me a free pizza, there was a dead mosquito in it. While I was waiting in the waiting area, I was privileged to hear an eclectic array of curse words from the pizza makers. AWFUL PLACE!
Husband calls to ask for a refund of the delivery charge and missing soda... While someone in the background screams "why don't they just come in and get the damn soda.... "...
Made an order for delivery. Was delivered pizza that was nearly cool to the touch. Strike one.
Terrible experience for me I've ordered extra large pizza and were told it was going to be a 35 minute delivery time. I called the store twice to try to get the story, i didn't any response from them. I will never order from the store again. Even giving away one star is a charity if there is a option for zero Star i would have gone for it. I was totally disappointed in Papa John's.
pizza thirty minutes we call the place and the guys attitude is basically like "oh well, sucks." please I'm so hungry. update: we gave clear instructions on which button to press to buzz us but our neighbors still got the pizza instead. good job.
Our soda was not delivered . Strike two
Called not once, not twice, but three times over the next 4 hours for the soda to be delivered. Strike three.
*Just to add we never once complained about our cool tempered pizza we just wanted the dang soda.
