Good service (even for how early it was) and there was never a time where my drink wasn't filled.
I dined here on 08/24/2017 and had a terrible experience. I ordered a tall angry orchard, and the glass was a couple of ounces short, and the server tried to argued with me that they put a head on it. The head is not supposed to be 25% of the glass. The sauce on the wings was extremely inconsistent, one wing has completely covered in sauce, and another one would hardly have any. I also ordered some fries, and they were disgusting, not crispy and extremely greasy. The quality of the food is ALWAYS hit or miss. Also, half the servers will give you attitude and talk to other servers about your behind you back.
Taylor and his staff were super helpful. Pretty much last minute group of around 30. Our waitress, Calie, and the other wait staff were professional and polite the whole time. We were in the way because of walking around and visiting, but they never faltered from being polite. We even did a gender reveal/birthday cake and they were celebrating with us. Thank you all so much for being understanding and professional.
Floor staff is as usual great, they still need to work on the kitchen staff! No sauce on the wings is total unacceptable. And it's a very bad habit they can't seem to get past.
I'm not really sure what is going on with this place, but it is not good. I have had a few good experiences here, but the last several haven't been good, and this last time takes the cake. I have waited here for our food for like 45 minutes to 1 hour a few times in the past, but we keep going back and giving them a chance. Now I can't take my kids back here, and it's sad, because it can be a fun place for a family to go. We waited about 90 minutes for our food. My wings that i ordered for an appetizer first thing when we ordered our drinks took 50 minutes. We got to the resturaunt at about 6pm, we were sat at about 620, and our food was delivered at 835. This includes the 15 minutes it took to be greeted, then about 20 more minutes till our order was taken. I really wish i was exaggerating. At one point our server said our ticket was on 55 minutes and that wasn't that bad because they had 80 minute tickets back there. I feel like this is completely unacceptable for any establishment, especially for some fried wings and burgers. I am not sure how they can excuse this. So like I said, not really sure what is going on in this places' kitchen, but they've got some serious problems going on, and my family unfortunately won't be back for a long time.
