Plenty of space to let the kids run off some energy. Beautiful landscapes.

Glad that this was turned into a green space / park. Even being right in the middle of the city, if you go into the park far enough you loose the street sounds and it is nice and quiet. It is close enough to the house to run up quick with the kids and take the dog for a walk. It's never really busy so there is ample parking.
This park was recently a golf course and has one sand trap for practicing with your clubs. It has no paths. It is a mix of mown areas and naturalized areas. There are picnic tables around the only parking lot. There aren't playgrounds at this time. It is a good spot for cross country skiing when there is a few inches of snow. It can be a pleasant walk. It fill the need for a green space, but at this time isn't one you would travel to. Three small ponds do attract a few waterfowl.
