Great place to work
Tried renting a property through them, paid the $20 for an application fee. They told me I would hear back Monday about the property. I call Monday evening and they say well you will just have to call tomorrow. So Tuesday comes and they still dont have an answer.. Todays Wednesday and I call and find out they rented it to somebody else. So I basically just handed them $20 for nothing. Bob Fredericks and the lady who does the applications are just plain rude. Wasted my time and my money only to jip me out of a property that he basically told me I had.. Will never ever be going here again.
We worked with Tami Falk. She didn't just try to get us to buy a home but really looked out for us, trying to think about resale value. She updated us regularly via hone or email and was a text true professional. Highly if we move into the Peoria area again, I'll be calling her up!
