I've lived in Royal Oakes for 14 years, as a single, then a single mom, now married. It's a quiet community that feels like it's in the country, yet so close to stores and hospitals. The company and staff are working very hard to upgrade and make our community look and feel like home. I feel safe here, We have a great manager that takes care of my needs very quickly when notified. If you're looking for affordable housing in a neighborhood with friendly neighbors, for the most part, I'd say come check us out. I also love the fact that we have the indoor pool to take my grand kiddos to and community activities that get the neighbors to mingle a bit. I have no plans on moving any time soon.
I have lived in this community a little over 2 years now and let me tell you....i have never lived in a place that has such amazing staff. the office staff is amazing and always keeps us up to date with community information. The maintenance team is outstanding, anytime you need help with something even if its something small they get to you asap and get it taken care of. i see other postings on here talking down about this community, and in my opinion they are stuck in the past because the owners and management that are here now has done nothing but make this an outstanding place to live. I would personally recommend this place to anyone friends or family, in fact i have, i have friends that live in this community from me introducing them to the wonderful people here. I love this community and the people that make it the wonderful place it is, its hard to find a decent place to raise kids and not worry. 5/5 stars from me!
Staff are great. Really quick to help if you have an issue.
The maintenance keeps things running well. I love having all my bills such as water, sewer, & trash all being in the lot rent. The staff is friendly , professional, and kind. They work with the residents to get things solved and done. Most neighbors are friendly and nice. All in all I love living here it's nice and quite. They also allow pets.
I live here. It's quiet. Staff works to keep the place looking good. Most if not all in the community and people helps each other
