Daycare program is disappointing my daughters teacher was lazy and rude to the three year olds she seemed annoyed with the kids and when I adress my issue to the director she didn’t care nothing was done and when I dis enrolled my daughter they told me that’s great thank you and was super rude didn’t care why I didn’t want my child going here anymore. I came in to view the live video of the classrooms no audio so you can’t hear how crappy the teachers told to your kid and I witnessed the teacher pick a child up like a football and carry her across the room out of view of camera I turned and told the director at this time I was going upstairs myself to check on my daughter let me remind you these are three and four year olds way too big to carring sideways the child was unhappy but this action isn’t ok with me. No one is to touch my child is such a way. I would post zero stars if I could.
So i decided to try fun and fit for the first time after hearing a few good things about them. The only reason I was looking for new child care is because of the things going on with CCAP in illinois and unfortunately my son had to be pulled from a provider that he has been at since he was 3 months and is now 2 years old. I pay Denise the director $80 to start him in advance. I go to get my son's file from his previous provider and they explain to me that all balances have been waived and he can return. Now what mother wouldn't want their child to return to a place that is familiar to her and her child so I decided I would return him. I contacted Fun N Fit and explained the situation and even told them about how great I heard they were and apologized for the inconvenience. Denise explains to me that she WILL NOT REFUND me because I gave her the intentions that my son would start and he didn't so she doesn't want to give me my money back. I would NEVER RECOMMEND any one going to a facility that she is in control of or working at for that matter. She was rude and unprofessional. Fun N Fit you guys get a thumbs down from me. I just thought I would share my experience as if it isnt hard enough to pay for child care now she takes $80 from a single mother because she is MAD that my son did NOT start at her facility.
