I have been working with Uftring Nissan for over a decade: 4 Nissan vehicles service; 3 of 4 purchased from there. To be honest, at least one salesmen, who no longer with business, was inconsistent with customer service/values. Even dealing with that, sale management staff gave us great confidence on best deal possible. Then, the Service team is knowledgeable, tentative to detail, and go extra mile on each visit. Hard to imagine doing business elsewhere.
Tire pressure light came on while driving at so at 6oclock on a Friday I stopped in asked the service guys of they'd check it out for me. They were so nice they promptly checked it out and filled the tires and had me on my way!
It was great service. They were very helpful and wonderful to work with. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Very good prices and reliable sources. All around wonderful experience!!
Every person on staff was amazing. So courteous and efficient while me and a friend were freaking out trying to replace a specialty car key. Loved it :)
