It took three trips to get my order right here. I bought 2 pairs of pants and came back for smaller sizes and exchanged one of them. The other I had them order online but wasn't given a refund at the time for that other pair and the associate ordered the wrong thing. On the third day a lady named Sarah helped me out and sort out the missed refund and the wrong ordered pair. I love Old Navy but this wasn't the best experience here.
Everything was on sale! Couldn't find coupon, cashier knew the code, gave me the discount along with the sale!! Will be doing more shopping there!!
Great prices and good styles for everyone
Decent improvment in cleanliness and selection wise since I was there last, but the signage can still use help. I've worked retail, I know how to read it, I know it's corporate that makes you put it that way, but it's so confusing and misleading and often times the cashiers don't know the sales or signage well enough to justify why you're mislead or it makes the wait time in line longer when they send someone else to check the signs for them. Other than that, good job on getting your store together and not being a hot mess anymore!
