As someone who used to work in dental offices, I have to say that the care we receive at Peoria Dental Care is far beyond anything I've seen anywhere else. We really appreciate how amazing and gentle everyone is with our kids, the time they spend with us, the knowledge they have to share, and the conservative approach they take. We always feel like they give us the information that we need to make the best decisions for our family. Our insurance covers us 100% to go elsewhere, but we choose Peoria Dental Care because they exceed expectations in every possible way.
I was referred to Peoria Dental Care by a friend to have my son's tongue and lip tie evaluated. For anyone who is a parent, the idea of having a procedure done on your baby is scary. The staff was absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable. I was so nervous going in to the appointment and after talking to the staff and Dr Micah, I felt so comfortable with my decision and the care for my baby. Just interacting with the staff members I could tell how much they care about their patients. We live almost 2 hours away and I am considering making the drive to transfer offices. Highly recommend this office.
I'd tell anyone that this office has an amazing staff all around. They are very genuine and really do care about their patients!! They take the extra time to make their littlest patients feel safe and explain in terms they understand about what is going to happen. From personal experience they have the best beside manner and make the patients and their families feel comfortable and safe while in their care! I'd recommend the dentist in this office to anyone!
Fantastic office! Dr Rob and Dr Micah have a wholistic approach to treating their patients which is incredible and they make you feel like family. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I have been a patient at this office for over 4 years now and would never dream of switching to another office.
