I didn't say anything that day, but wrote about my experience in a survey that came, adding my name and contact information. I never heard from their office about it. I did get a postcard months later saying they had automatically scheduled an appt for a checkup.

Dr Joshi Bela and her team are really amazing. Their dedication and human service attitude towards dentistry is really good. I appreciate and recommend Victoria there. Thank you :-)

They put in a temporary crown and it fell out I called their office and they would not see me until the next morning I had to eat ice cream for dinner. I did try to put the temporary tooth back in with the cement they gave me it was loose I was scared when I went to sleep my tooth was going to fall out and I would swallow it. I complained to the dentist and she did nothing about it.

Like another writer, I was automatically given a deep cleaning even after I checked first was informed my insurance covered all cost for cleaning (not for a deep cleaning, I had a co pay I couldn't afford at the time).

It is possible I had three cavities. Another relative of mine who had only three cavities in her life, had three more cavities around the same age. We often have cavities at the same time. It just doesn't make sense that I didn't find out about them until after I was shot up and ready to be worked on.

I still can't shake my concern about the integrity of what happened with a sudden showing of cavities I was not informed about.

Other than that, the staff is very congenial and nice. I really enjoyed my time with Victoria. The office staff was great and worked with me to arrange for discounted payments for the pocket cleaning.

Total rip off. They told me I had 9 cavities, needed 2 root canals, and gum disease. I got a second opinion and ended up having 4 cavities, needed no root canals, and required a deep cleaning to PREVENT gum disease. They're in it for the money, watch out.

I understand a business needs to charge and make money. But one thousand $$ for a deep teeth cleaning. That's outrageous for any average person.

I was told after getting an exam and full set of xrays that I had one tooth that was a concern but no cavity. I did however, have pocket problems that would need to be addressed. After months of deep cleaning of my pockets, I was finally done. Suddenly, we had to see about that "cavity" (that was never called a cavity before). There was a visual exam (no new xrays) and then an appointment set up to address what was now called a cavity. After I was shot up and laying in the chair the dentist said she was there to work on the three cavities! I was shocked but felt confused and didn't say anything because I was embarrassed (my bad, I know). She dug and dug (more than I've ever experienced) and, when I asked why, said she was digging up my old filling. She had never mentioned anything about this. The thing is, I am almost 50 and have had 3 cavities in my life, my first at 25. I never get cavities, it's just how my teeth are. But, when she did the work on my teeth, she was looking at the xray (the one with no cavities, I never had an xray w/cavities at her clinic).

The entire staff was great. However we went to get started with a new dentist. My spouse needed a deep cleaning due to a gum infection issue. He didn't get his teeth cleaned that day (frustrating) we were told we would have to come back, for a deep cleaning. With the extreme cost (1k) for a deep cleaning we could not afford it. We called to cancel the deep cleaning appointmentand then we were told they would do the regular cleaning. We weren't given that option while we were there. Now my husbands teeth still need a cleaning. Very frustrating.
