Just had my foot surgery this morning at OSF Heath center HWY 91. I give it a rating of 10. ALL the staff, doctors, nurses, receptionist, etc. - ALL were wonderful. Can't say enough about how good they were.
My husband has suffered with back pain for 20 years, worsening the past two years to the point he could no longer enjoy golf and other activities. He has spent the majority of his time in bed due to this disabling pain. He went to a different orthopedic surgeon last December who did steroid injections with only immediate, unsustained relief. Then he went to Dr John Marshall at the OSF Pain Center. His NP, Jeff, explained my husband's back problem and the injections clearly. We learned more in one visit than in five at the previous physician. My husband was scheduled promptly for each of us three nerve ablation treatments in accordance to insurance requirements. The nurses and staff of the Pain Clinic have been so friendly, professional and helpful. A special thank you to Tasha and Denise who prepped and recovered him. I am not an OSF or in any way connected to the Pain Clinic. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Staff is always helpful, courteous and respectful. Facility itself is A+. Highly recommended.
