Terrible. Staff is rude and ghetto. Wait time is RIDICULOUS. One lady (front desk receptionist) was so nasty and rude towards me that I almost lost my composure. She needs to be fired because she makes the place look bad. I will be changing pediatricians ASAP!
Great staff but the wait time is unbareable. Been bringing our daughters here for years and it is always a 3 hour Dr appointment. Spend about an hour waiting in the waiting room and about and hour and a half waiting in the room. Been this way in the mornings, evenings and as the close.
Dr. Becker is wonderful. Usually get in and out pretty quick.
Love this office & staff!!! I have been taking my children there since my oldest was 2mths and now she's 11yrs old - even when my family moved out of state for 3yrs we came back and I wouldn't pick another office neither Doctor for my babies to see!!
