They ruined my daughter's silk dress by shrinking it (the dress is 2" higher than the lining now). I spoke with a different cleaner and they told me the only way that could have happened is if Riley's disregarded the dry clean only tag and washed it instead. Further, they charged me 3x as much as the place I now go to. They didn't tell me of the incident when I went to pick the dress up, either. I had the pleasure of discovering right before her birthday when it was too late to do anything. Highly unprofessional and since I live nearby, I'm further unimpressed that they spend most of their day smoking outside in lounge chairs. Don't waste your time.
