I was very pleased with my experience at CubeSmart. The rates were reasonable and the staff very helpful. Carlos and John answered all of my questions and made the process so easy. The facilty was very cleans and well maintained. I would highly recommend this company.
April was extremely helpful and courteous when helping me. She found the best spot (easiest to get into) for our cargo trailer, explained everything in detail and was easy to understand. In fact, if I had a business dealing with the public, I would attempt to steal her. She is truly a "KEEPER"!
April is the best! She was informative, helpful, and so nice! Cubesmart couldn't find a better person to represent their company. The storage itself is clean and the area is well lit. Nice wide roads between the buildings, too.
Office personnel were friendly, courteous and helpful. Storage unit was clean and dry. Wide driveways between units was appreciated and easy to navigate with full size truck and trailer. I wish every part of moving was this easy.
