Absolutely wonderful customer service. From setting up my appointment to the immediate text/email alerts there is no confusion on any sort. Jorge did a wonderful job and kept me informed throughout the entirety of the time he was here. He was upfront about the issue and gave me multiple options. All in all a really great company that I would recommend to anyone.
We hired them for a pipe replacement due to aging. They were able to schedule an estimate within a week and returned within 3 days to replace the pipe. The plumbers that did the estimate and replacement were friendly, personable and professional. They did a great job.
I loved that you were there the same day I called. The other company didn't call me back till today. The day after I had the issue resolved. They were quick to get the new heater installed and very respectful of my home. Cleaning up after themselves. I appreciated that. They were very friendly too.
Charged me $570 to install a $200 garbage disposal. The guy was nice, but over $300 labor is pretty outrageous for a very simple install. They wanted to charge me $1400 to install a water softener from some obscure brand that has no ratings on Google (and only costs about 500 bucks max). I politely declined. I got a highly rated Kenmore from Sears for $550 installed. Yep, that's $850 LESS for a respected brand from a reputable dealer.
The gentlemen who did the plumbing services for me where super. I would recommend th em as my #1 go to guys period. GREAT JOB!
UPDATE: They invited me to post a review on some site I had never heard of. I posted a similar review to the one above and they responded with a number of statements that weren't true in an attempt to invalidate my review (They claimed the Sears softener didn't include the price of the unit, which false...it was $550 ALL IN). Even worse, the site provides no way to edit reviews so I couldn't even refute their statements. I did some digging and discovered that this review site has a pretty sketchy reputation. Call Arnold & Sons at your own risk!
