In the end, the price we paid was literally 1/3 the price quoted from the box store plumber, they came the same day, and the work was done by a licensed, insured, and bonded plumber. What more could we ask for?

Zach just left after installing two new toilets and removing the old ones from our home. After receiving a ridiculously high bid from a plumber through a local box store ("chain home improvement retailer"), we decided we were not willing to pay more for installation than the cost of the toilets. Earlier this week we received a flyer in the mail from BL Plumbing with a 20% off coupon, so I gave them a call this morning. They quoted me a price that we could live with, and were actually able to send a bonded, licensed, and insured plumber to our home this same afternoon!
