One of our favorite restaurants when traveling, particularly in the Midwest (IL) but we have one in Savannah, GA. The restaurant in modern, brightly lighted and clean. Breakfast is always a choice and I like that. The food is always good, the service fast and pleasant. When U leave plan on taking some of their giant yummy muffins (6 for price of 3). You'll come back for more - many flavor choices.
We had their tomato basil soup and 1/2 Cobb salad.. just enough to satisfy.
Food was under cooked. They redid it and second order came out greasy and undercooked . This was unusual as we eat there often and food quality has been very good. Service was top knotch! Manager comped the entire meal and waitress brought us a free piece of pie. Customer service was outstanding...I think they might have had a new cook in the kitchen!
This is a relaxed family dining restaurant at its best. Managers are so super friendly and helpful. The waitresses love their job. They don't mind if you stick around after a meal and visit. Good selection of food on the menu and their Jumbo Muffins are quite a treat. Pie is awesome.
Presented nicely. Service was good, giving us plenty of time to pick and a good descriptor of our choice by the waitress. Of course I will return.
