They have quite a selection of golf gear and sets for beginners. Also, a simulated putting green and driving range.
My son plays travel baseball and during pool play today made an amazing catch and damaged his glove. He was expected to play again Sunday so we ran in around 730pm for an emergency. The employee took extra time to condition and steam the glove for my son to be able to use it. Very much appreciated!!! This Dick's at Grand Prairie took very good care of us.!!!
Only reason not 5 stars is no employee approached me, granted it's their busy season.
Had to ask the guy 6 times to get a pair of shoes, then he went back every time and got other peoples shoes instead of mine. Terrible customer service. Also, if you would like to write a check don't count on it. They have a new check policy to where you have to spend a twenty dollar increment per week otherwise it will be denied. They treat you like you're a criminal even if u aren't. It there was a 0 star rating, I'd give it. Extremely terrible never going again.
Typical big city Sporting Goods store with the special twist Dick's provides of a lot of inventory and variety at very high prices. Staff is very helpful and polite. Store is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. However as online shopping is taking over mainly because of lower prices, I haven't bought anywhere here going on 3 years.
Didn't quite get that but wasn't going to argue about a lighted basketball. However felt it wasn't clear and no one was around to ask. I don't know why it wasn't considered an outdoor item. You use it at night to play basketball outside?????
Cashier was very pleasant and friendly. Signage was confusing said buy one get one 1/2off outside items did not specify what had balls, basketballs I bought an $89.99 volleyball/badminton set but they told me it had to be another thing like the set I bought
