I'm an educator who is looking to take a group of students on a trip far out of state in the coming year. I had used this company my first year in this district for a trip to a large city in state and it was a great so I thought I would try to use them again for this new trip.
I understand not knowing certain parts of the state but they could of made an effort at least.
Agent: Twenty.....people?
Me: Around twenty including the chaperones.
Phone loop.... cant reach anybody
Agent: About how many will be going on this trip?
Me: ....yes....
When I called to get information and hopefully an itenerary to present to my board I we met by an unfriendly receptionist and then an agent who, upon asking me about some details, sounded as though she couldn't be troubled with the likes of me or my students.
They then asked me what agent I had used in the past and stated I should call them at a number they provided since they wern't very familiar with the area I'm working in.
