In my opinion i recently booked something with Noahs Ark Tours, and we went on are vacation the cruise was stunning and amazing the person running it was rude disrespectful and down right ignorant at times. I think some of this was due to the fact that I am young and most of the people booking thru this place are in there mid50-70 age range. The Owner frank is the person with the least respect i have seen and if you are planning on booking anything i would use another agent im sure they can get it just as cheap.
