Great selection and prices. People are super nice and Kohls cash is a great bonus. Would be 5 stars but can sometimes be a line at checkout.

Cleanest Kohl's I've been to between Illinois and Iowa. Nice selection of adult and children's clothes. My only problem was that, I had a question about my Kohl's credit account and they couldn't help me with anything accept taking a payment. They couldn't tell me the due date, amount owed, credit available, etc.
Nice clean store. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Checkout was fast!
I really love Kohl's but there exchange policy is crazy. I had gotten my husband 3 shirts that were on sale for $29.99 with my 30% off. I received $20.00 Kohl's cash and yes to you rewards. The 30% ended Sunday. Monday we washed one of the shirts and it shrunk so I took them back. I found 3 other shirts that were on sale for $29.99. I couldn't do an exchange because they weren't originally $54.00. There was nothing in the store for $54.00 to do an exchange. I lost $20.00 in Kohl's cash and yes to you rewards I'm not sure yet. They need to let you exchange sale price for sale price. That's crazy.
