Was waiting at customer service to make return. 1 lady working doing western union money order taking foreverrrrrrr. 8 people in line. Worker comes over she gets on computer to look at something. Does nothing to help out. I step up ask if they can open another register or call a manager over to do so. Manager comes over 5 min. later, I ask her same thing. She looks at her watch and mumbles under her breath and walks away with other worker. In the meantime the line hasn't moved. Great customer service. Can not believe people put up with this. I will not be back ever.
Called last noc ask if had transformer movie, oh yeah let me look. We have it. Went over, no movie. Well we have it, but will put it out Tom. Was just there at 3pm, oh no we don't have that movie till maybe next Tuesday. You explain that to my 4 year old grandson!!!
Not my favorite Walmart but they have been much better about keeping it clean and almost always have clothes on clearance for kids.
Most employees are lazy as hell, only have 4 out of 12 registers open and if the cashier isn't off gossiping with somebody. Good place to see real life drama and comedy
