Mostly due to vicinity but I do most of my general shopping here. It's always easy to get in and get out. I've never had a bad experience here.
Horrible experience if you can shop elsewhere do! My family made the trip and saw all these promotions advertising the buy more get a 5 gift card. We bought over $200 worth of stuff and accidentally grabbed the wrong item when I was at checkout they acted so confused even after I explained it had a $5 gift card I had to ask multiple times before they finally checked to see what happened they said nope sorry not on the 6 pack it's the 8 pack of paper towels that has it. You would think they would say want us to get you the one that is on sale with the gift card. No such luck I had to go get it myself. To top it all off I was never given my change back. I was so upset after I found out and demanded to talk to someone in charge. I spoke with Tom (a manager)who asked me to tell him what he could do for me. I told him I had no idea I was just upset. He proceeded to say I'm not trying to offend you but will $5 help for your trouble. I said no. I would have returned everything if I didn't have an eye appointment for my daughter in the next 15 minutes. I won't ever spend another dime there and you shouldn't either stay away!!!!
My experience was awesome. The girl that helped me in electronics was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The service desk girl was great.
A huge shout out to the staff at Glen Hollow Target on thanksgiving night. The checkout line was super long snaking through 10 or more aisles. The clerks kept the wait fun and the check out clerks appeared to be hassle free.
Great experience. But, food/grocery prices are a tad higher than other retailers.
