Dave came over and looked at my problem said he would give me a bid. I attempted to call him and email him several times. After the last time he said he was playing catch up due to the weather and would email me the bid the next day. It's been 3 weeks and still haven't heard from him. If this is how he handles just giving bids I definitely don't want him working on my house.
I very impressed with Dave. I had him come out for an estimate to raise sidewalk and stoop. Dave asked how old my house was and I told him just under two years old. He said I should wait a few more years before having any leveling done. He said the sidewalk and stoop would just settle more and he would have to come back out in a few years. I was impressed that he just did not give me an estimate and get the work. He did say that if it became a trip hazard to have him come out so no one gets hurt. I believe is a true professional and I will make sure he get the work when in needs done.
Dave does very detailed work and has top notch equipment. Be very careful about the low bid companies because they use low quality material and then charge additional fees after the job is over. We like Dave at CPS,
