Excellent Service and Product. We are doing the windows in 2 phases. The first phase was half the windows and a sliding door. We've been thrilled so far with the product. We chose vinyl and the ease of opening/closing, the ease of cleaning (I didn't know cleaning windows would be something I'd look forward to!), and the aesthetics are excellent. The sliding door is like a bank vault door - it is incredibly well made, sturdy, and beautiful. We've had the product now for about 6 weeks and couldn't be more pleased.

The installation service was top notch. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and highly respectful of our property. They cleaned up fully after themselves after each day (3 days total they were there) and if I didn't know any better I wouldn't have known we got new windows. There wasn't a trace of them having been in the house tearing apart trim, etc.
While replacing a sliding door there was slight damage caused to our siding. They immediately went and bought a new sheet of siding, replaced the small portion where there was damage and were extremely apologetic about the damage and the inconvenience of having to replace a small piece of siding. For us it wasn't a big deal, and we wouldn't have even noticed there was a small piece of new siding had they not been upfront and told us they made a mistake. They fixed it exactly like I would have expected, but they went above and beyond. We had damaged an area of our siding years ago and since they had bought a whole sheet of siding, they repaired that damage too - totally un-related to the work they were doing. And, they left the remainder of the siding that was purchased for us - let's just hope we don't poke any more holes in our house though and we won't need it.
Everyone was great to work with. We've been replacing windows little by little & this year was the big job. The only window left is the picture window in the living room. By the time the installation was completed the outside temperature & humidity were both rising. We both noticed as we closed up the house & turned on the air conditioning how much quieter things were. We live on a main street in our subdivision & the new windows made a huge difference the first day. Can't wait for winter to see how much they lower our heating bills. Even with just the one window last winter we noticed a difference, can't wait to see how much of a difference 8 windows make. Like I said, these guys were great to work with. I hate cleaning up messes--even my own--and they left things better than before they started. You won't regret working with them, call today.
