Ask for help....guy was busy said he would be with me. Proceeded to show pictures to coworker and then left and never helped. Had to go to customet service only to have him show up 5 minutes later. Had to return purchase and a manager stood there and carried on a conversation with a friend instead of helping. Evidently alot of the employees just wanna stand around and talk. Im actually literallty still standing in line.
Had to return and had to wait almost 5 minutes before waited on. My shopping experience was much better. Once I found someone to help me, two different people were extremely helpful in finding the items I needed.
5 employees were standing at the builders desk, with no customer. I had the "help me" look that they should have been paying attention to. So, I wandered until I found what I needed. Plus...lawn and garden plants were DRY, of which an assistant manager should have had at least one of them watering plants. One employee did help me find an item in electrical. He was great! Terrible customer service overall. Only 1 person offered to assist me...and they were not busy as it was a holiday.
The overall experience was good. Had a little trouble getting someone to talk to. Two clerks were at the cash register having a very intense conversation. I had to interrupt them to get help. After that, the clerk I got was very helpful. I found what I wanted and purchased a $1400 refrigerator. I will continue to make purchases at Lowe's.
Out of stock on 3 of the 5 items I went there to purchase. Sure not the store it once was in my opinion. Not sure I'll waste another trip there since I seem to need to go to the competition to get the rest of what I need almost every time. Doesn't have marine grade plywood anymore yet has a lumber department. What? Are you kidding me?
