They are very friendly! They took care of us for my engagement ring. They took care of connecting my band and engagement ring. Their metal work is fabulous. I love that I can bring in my solitaire at any point and simply pay the difference! My diamond never loses value!
Jamie and Bob were fantastic to work with. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and somehow were able to get it before Christmas. It took a lot of scrambling to meet my deadline since I waited for the last minute, but both Jamie and Bob pulled out all the stops to get it done. I highly recommend!
My father was fatally shot 25 years ago, and all that was left of him was a ruby ring. I waited years to resize it, I wanted to make sure the jeweler wouldn't compromise the integrity of the ring (10carat ruby with a gold Persian intricate design). Since Bob & Aly at JB did an amazing job on my wedding and engagement ring, I trusted them with my father's ring. I live in California, and I flew all the way back to Peoria and went to JB to get it done. They mailed it back to me and I just go it today! It looks spectacular!
