The employees at this store are truly remarkable. They took plenty of time with us when we were deciding on a wedding ring. We are in our 60's and needed just a little patience and guidance. We shopped 3 stores that day in the mall and only Rogers and Hollands Jewelers had the right wedding ring for my fiance and wedding band for me.

WORST EVER. do not buy anything from this store! first of all, i got a watch 4 months ago (about $350 watch) that started skipping seconds. they checked the battery and said it was fine and didnt know what was wrong with it and wanted to send it to their headquarters to get it fixed and it would take 2-3 weeks. i needed the watch in 1 week and they said they would do everything they could. i asked to make sure that there was no charge for the shipping or to have it fixed, they said no, it was all under warranty. i get a call a week later that it was ready to be picked up. excited! it was done early... well i get to the store and the lady says i have to pay $35. for what? she doesnt know. she thinks its because it was rush. i tell her that i was never told of an extra charge on rush. then another lady comes and says its for a battery. really? you just checked a battery and it was fine... and how does a battery run out in 4 months? i think they were just trying to rip me off and get some more money because the watch was completely under warranty. also, there is a hispanic women who is completely full of herself and has NO idea what she is talking about and a very large woman who thinks she knows EVERYTHING... dont go there, go to another store. bremers or macy's. you may pay a little more but really, dont have to deal with liars and cheats.

Seriously the worst! Make sure to buy the warranty, although, don't expect that to solve anything. I bought a white gold necklace and the warranty. The chain keeps falling apart. However, the piece is given a warranty as a piece. So, it is not like a car warranty where you expect tires and brakes to wear out (as a chain would) so they are not included in a warranty. This warranty is for the piece. I have to go in and have some work done on the piece because of the issues with the chain every 6-8 months. If you enjoy spending a significant amount of money on jewelry that you can't wear longer than about 6 months, by all means purchase from them. Staff are unhelpful in providing a resolution that will work. So, despite the warranty, I have a piece that I cannot wear. Very sad and frustrating experience.
