Owner is a long time great friend ! Been going to her place for yrs but knew her through other 2 bars! Don't go out much as gotten older but stop to see her sometimes and always see old friends or make new ones!#

Kind of dingy, definitely a dive bar. Don't go here with high hopes of ambient atmosphere. P. S. It's also a gay bar. Don't be surprised if you catch some fantastic local drag queens performing!
Sparky's is a nice neighborhood gathering place whether you are straight or gay. It has a cozy atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Fridays are kareoke nights and there are monthly drag shows.
