In the past, I've had good experiences at Tyroni's. Unfortunately, last weekend I had a very negative experience. I initially called to order a pizza, so I could just swing by and pick it up on my way by, but no one answered my call. So, I stopped by to order and wait instead. When I stopped in, NO ONE came out to wait on me. Ever. I heard people talking in the kitchen (topics not related to work) but no one bothered to come out into the dining/counter area. Should I have to yell back into the back to get someone's attention?? Not worth it. Very unfortunate. I will not be back for a long while.
Decent food and delivery, terrible service. If you order a calzone, specify that pepperoni is included on the menu. They will skimp for food cost and not offer a refund. Not only that but I recommend new management, the MOD was not able to reach a satisfactory resolution or understand the problem.
I purchased 2 pizzas earlier today and wings for lunch. They were amazing. Then my wife, a friend and I. Came for dinner. And they made our experience the best. The food was fresh, hot and great. Thanks again for a good service. I will come back.
I had had their food ordered before and thought it was good so I had to go try out the buffet... The buffet was alright, but most everything was cold and old.
I can't even imagine how awesome it would have been had everything been fresh.
Food is good, not exceptional, but good. The service can be touch and go, with it being really good some days and lacking on others. Overall we have been coming here for years and believe the pizza is good, bread sticks are great and the atmosphere is decent. The parking can be a challenge some evenings though.
