Came home with 2 left shoes even after being assisted.
Over the weekend, my wife and I both found shoes we really liked, but were so turned off by the staff's pushy attitude that we spent another half a day looking for shoes around town, just so we wouldn't have to deal with those people. Absolutely terrible service. It feels you are trying to buy a used car.
Try the selection in the store if you are curious about a premium shoe, but buy online to avoid a staff that blatantly has no respect for you beyond their commission.
Robert was AWESOME! He worked hard sizing my crazy feet. We found shoes (cute and comfortable), terrific insoles, and super socks. I am so happy with Roberts's level of service, professionalism, and kindness. His associates were engaging and courteous, too. Everyone was helpful!
Although the selection is fairly limited, I found the sales team (or at least one member in particular) to be incredibly helpful. Derek (I'm not sure how to spell his name!) is obviously very passionate about his profession and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable without being too pushy and we were happy to purchase a pair of Sperry's from him. I can't speak for the other employees, but if you happen to venture into this store while Derek is working, then you will surely not be disappointed with your visit.
Management has changed since five years ago. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.
This store has a decent selection of high end shoes for the trail enthusiast or someone who is on his/her feet all day and needs a dress shoe with some serious comfort considerations. The problem lies not in the product or variety, but in the sales staff. They are very much "sales", and are not there to help you find the right shoe for you, just to push products and add ons.
