The staff have been caring for my pets for the last 25 years. It is always nice to see the same helpful personnel there. I feel like they truly care about me and my fur babies. They even cried with me when it came time to let them go and helped arrange cremation.
They are amazing and have helped to give Doogie 7 lives. Very Highest recommendations.
Dr Burmeister operated on my 11 year old Lhasa Apso Ewok's ACL tear. Dr even suggested that another surgeon assist. Ewok is doing fantastic!!! I thought I could write several reviews but I can't, so I will add to this one.
I always have to tell them my name. They remember Doogie the Schnauzer's name easier than mine! I just say "I'm Doogie's Mom, the one who she takes on walks"
Then there's Dr Dave. My cat Tuffy woke me up one Saturday. At first, it seemed like he was trying to barf. He actually had a sewing needle THROUGH HIS TONGUE INTO THE ROOF OF HIS MOUTH. I called All Pets and they told me to come right away. Dr Dave successfully sedated and removed it.
I'm terribly sorry, there is another wonder doctor there, and I can never remember her name. She is fantastic, too. She was the first to discover the ACL tear and patiently answered all our questions (some more than twice!).
I could not be happier with my experience taking my two parakeets to All Pets, especially the avian Dr. there, Dr. Burmeister. He was very considerate of both me and my birds, conscientious, knowledgeable, generous with his time, pleasant with a sense of humor, and extremely patient- and did I say knowledgeable and experienced with birds?! Yes. My husband and I traveled an hour to get to the closest bird vet and then we had to wait a long time. But once I understood it was because Dr. Burmeister gave "his patients" the time they needed and took the time to answer all my questions when it was my turn, I was completely fine with it. I actually came away with an even deeper appreciation and love for my birds. 5 stars plus!!!
Bad experiences happen everywhere. Please don't judge All Pets based on one experience, especially without discussing the issue with them.
Ewok's dad - Buster Brown - ABSOLUTELY LOVED going to All Pets!!! He would get so excited to see the team. (Buster wasn't an 'I love everybody' dog.) Don't know of a greater recommendation than that!
Great place, had to take my blue and gold here. Took great care of her and the staff loved my bird!
