Do not recommend this place at all. My puppy showed some symptoms that I was concerned about, not eating, sleeping all the time. Feel like these may be just him being tired. called to see if I could talk to a vet for some advice since these are not necessarily emergencies. first call, they put me on hold for more than 18 minutes. No way I'll keep waiting. So I called the second time, receptionist mentioned all vets are busy... anyway, after a couple of other phone calls, I still won't be able to talk to a vet. They didn't offer to leave a message or try to call me back. I understand the vets are busy, and he/she will not be able to pick up a phone. And I could be a little sensitive since I worried about my puppy and just need a few words of reassurance. The receptionist ended the phone with "I don't know why you are upset." Well, here is why. I am upset because you treat people like paychecks. You don't bother to make sincere connections. If you are reading this and thinking about finding a place for your pet, you don't have to take my words for it. just call them and ask for a vet.
I switched to this vet after having a bad experience. Everyone here has been so kind and helpful! Our vet always takes the time to thoroughly explain all the options, the cost, what he would recommend and why he recommends that course of action. I have been so grateful since switching to Meadowbrook!
I take my dog here and I love it but more importantly HE loves it too! Going to the vet is stress free because I know they will be gentle with him!

Very friendly staff, they explain treatment options thoroughly. Doesn't feel like they are in a hurry to see or treat your pet, they take their time explain things.
