Have been shopping here for years. Very disappointed that many items that are staples in our home are no longer available due to Home Office decisions. Super glad Home Office knows what we need & don't need. Particularly frustrating when I have little time to shop & now have to go somewhere else. Considering switching to Costco!
No pumpkin pie 2 days before Thanksgiving. They sold out yesterday and not making any more. Someone seriously dropped the ball on that one!
This is the best Sam's Club in the area, with a better bakery and better organization. Prices and quality are both superior to Costco in East Peoria, plus the stock is more up to date and much better organized. I also shop Sam's in Springfield and Bloomington, and this one has the best bakery and best organization and cleanliness.
The person at the customer service desk was pleasant and knowledgeable, and the person at the check out was nice as well. Good selection, shelves fully stocked. Prices were good, but not always the best - sometimes prices on certain items aren't any better than (and maybe not as good as) at my hometown Walmart, or another competitor.
I was looking for some Fall Pillows, which I saw on a previous visit. Asked one of the employees who directed me to their whereabouts. Purchased two sets. One for a gift. Outstanding Customer Service,!
