She was wonderful and super helpful literally. This woman is god and helped me out a lot to get my new iphone7 and I didn't even pay over 200. Would recommend coming to Chanel or waiting until she's working to do anything dealing phones with sprint.

Stopped in with my cousin because he disabled his iPhone; we had great service from the time we walked in till we left. April fought vigorously till she solved our problem, which was no short task, and 2 hours later we walked out happy customers. Oh and she's a great conversationist (especially if you know about technology!).
April, sn employee in the Northwoods Mall Peoria, went out of her way to assist me ( A Sprint subscriber for 15 years) with my phone, explaining Apps, putting Apps on my new cell, and so on. She is an amazing teacher and employee! Sprint you are fortunate to have April. And so am I as a customer.
