Forward less than two years. The reclining chairs I purchased are falling apart. The reclining mechanism is sticking on both chairs. They told me they would come and look at them but it would be a $100 charge because they are not under warranty. I showed the service rep the tag that came on the chairs, It says 5 year limited Frame warranty.
Unfortunately, our second purchase had an issue from the manufacturer (Ashley) requiring a service call. The technician, Marty, was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He removed his shoes and quickly identified and mitigated the issue as quickly as he could.
The serviceman, Eli, kept in contact while parts were on order. He was always on time, courteous and efficient. He made the repairs quickly and I never had to clean up after him.
Ordered a washing machine. I got a phone call the next day saying it was out of stock. I said that's fine and said I could wait 3 and have it delivered on sat. Never heard anything so my wife called. They told her they couldnt deliver it they were busy. My wife argued a bit the guy was extremely rude and wouldn't let her talk. Now its 6 pm Saturday still dont have a washer. Next delivery not so much. Professionalism nope.

Just wanted to say thanks for the great service, you have great people working for you. They know their job and are very pleasant to deal with.
