What a horrible customer service experience. I was given a gift card to use at this store, so I ordered a custom ring to be made with my grandmother's stone. I picked a design and the owner measured my finger using another ring. When I went to pick it up, the ring was too big. I was told it would be re-sized, rush order. I called several days later to check on the status and it had not even been looked at. Then I was called back and asked to come back in to be measured again. I was hoping for an apology for the inconvenience, as it is 30 minutes each way everytime I have to drive to the shop, and I had already been there 3 times. Not only was I not offered an apology but I was yelled at by the shop owner. At one point he said he would remove the stone from the ring and send it in the mail. I specifically said I did not want that done with the stone. I said I would come back when I was able but could not guarantee when it would be. The next day I received an envelope with the stone in it and postage due. I called the shop to express my displeasure in them mailing the stone and also telling them I would not be paying the postage. The shop owner said he would send a dollar and hung up on me.
These guys are great. Always helpful and strive to answer all questions. Thank you for all the great years of service you've given me.
Full service bead store. A great variety of beads, tools, and everyday consumables for the avid beader. If you have a "creative block" going on, visit the store and you will find inspiration. There is plenty of local artists jewelry and they have local artist lampwork beads for sale. The owners are very nice people and very knowledgeable. They offer many beading classes including lampwork classes. A+++
