we called in to get some info on our account we were cussed at and were told to not call back again. All because we wondering why they couldn't provide us with some info off our account. Next day I switched Verizon right away! Sounds like there are a bunch of thugs that work there. Once I walked into the store it felt like I walked into the ghetto. I would never recommend for any one to do business there, I really don't understand how that place can even be operating with such thug like and rude employees working there.
