Ken kept his promise. Although I have not seen the finished results, I am not worried. He was able to convince the Insurance Co. to not total the Bike. As far as the cosmetics, I have seen Ken's work all over on many different Bikes. I am sure I have nothing to worry about.
I have received several updates from Ken himself. Not only did he take the time, being a business owner & I am sure being extremely busy on top of it, to call me personally. He explained how he was going to make sure the bike was not a total loss, put back together where it was 100% safe & do as much cosmetic work possible.
This is definitely a high quality high class shop who can give you an award winning paint job on your motorcycle.
Extremely dissatisfied. It took them two months longer to work on my bike then they projected and they asked an additional $500 from the original price. Didn't hear from them for months unless I called them, finally when it was done they called me everyday to try to get me to pay over the phone. Looking over my bike months after I had it worked on and I'm missing screws and bolts all over my bike. I will NEVER go there again and I hope no one else does.
I highly recommend Ken's. I thank Ken & Kathy for their professionalism & patience I've received as a concerned Father.

My son was recently rear ended while on his Bike. Owner of the vehicle who hit my son was a complete, for lack of a better term, A$$! I had my Son take his Bike to Ken's. Too say the least, I am absolutely PLEASED!!!
My 1st point of contact was with Kathy (via phone). Outstanding! My Son had already given her his story concerning the accident. When I spoke with her I could not have been happier with my choice of taking the Bike to Ken's. Due to the age of the Bike I figured it was most assuredly a complete loss. I explained to Kathy I was more interested in my Sons safety & if possible get the bike back together for riding & we would worry about cosmetics later. She assured me she would work with the Insurance Co. personally & get us the best results. She was not kidding.
