When we took our dog there to be groomed, they did NOT clean her ears. They also did NOT express the anal glands. I feel like my dog only got 1/2 of a job.

Staff was very unhelpful. Fish tanks were very unkept and just dirty. The young girl who helped was generally clueless about fish. Watched her try to sell a bunch of fish to a young boy who was getting a ten gallon. Clearly the aquarium would be overstocked not to mention not cycled. I talked to them myself and recommended starting out on a small half gallon betta tank.
Good location, but I was disappointed to find out that they do not sell 20 gallon tall aquariums without the whole kit. They had 20 gallon LONG as just the tank itself but not the tall. I usually go here for all my pet needs, but I had to go to a different pet store to find what I needed which was disappointing. But otherwise, great selection of fish supplies. Had a really great deal on clearance tank decorations that I took advantage of as well.
I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed and was told it would take a couple hours. When I dropped him off, I was told again it would be a couple hours. 4+ hours later I was standing there waiting for my dog to be ready to go. My dog was traumatized by the experience. This had been the 3rd time I had taken him to PetSmart to be groomed and it had never taken this long! He has been laying in a corner since we brought him home and he is now limping when he walks! He will never go back! He was a rescue dog and I feel like I have let him down by trusting his care to PetSmart! He is usually a very happy guy, but he's been sleeping now for 16 hours! If you love your pet as I love mine... find a better, caring groomer!
