Plus try to understand the type of English you'll hear. bounced around like a ping pong ball they don't care "I am just a call center representative I can help that you were transferred to me". 5 TIMES
Renting from Alamo was easy! I made the reservation online and when I got to the counter to pick my car up the service was good. There were no problems. The representative went over the contract agreement. Dropping off the car was easy as well. I would use Alamo again!
