If you need to rent a car at the Peoria airport, these are the people to talk too! I've always had outstanding service from the people at the counter and renting a car from national couldn't be easier! The rental cars are very nice and I've never had a problem with any of the cars that I're rented here in Peoria! :)
Overall a very good experience. The car was ready when I picked it up, and the after hours drop off was convenient as well. The only complaint I have is of a loose component somewhere in the back of a vehicle which produced a rattling sound. I didn't ask for a replacement or repair, however, so I can't comment on any resolution to this issue.
I've been an National Car Rental Emerald Aisle participant for over 30yrs and have had excellent, professional, and courteous service. Keep up the good work.
Very friendly staff. I usually request bigger SUVs which are hard to find but National Car rental staff at the counter take extra step and make sure I get the requested vehicle. They are also flexible with the returning process, don't fuss about returning late by a few minutes.
Phenomenal service ...have used them for many years (since 2009). In talking to the representative on pick-up, I usually have multiple options to choose from, though they don't offer the Emerald Aisle. This is even with having made a reservation for a vehicle class/type.
