Very poor, line out the door. Admittedly it was the weekend before the 4th July Holiday but to only have 3 people in on such a busy day. They did there best. Well! The 2 guys took it all in there stride but the woman stayed in her office. Phone rang constantly. After going through the booking counter we had another wait to get the vehicle and check it over. A regular customer said it wasn't anything special, every weekend is the same. An hour + wait to get in and away in your rental.

Iam not sure how the person figured out that I left with 13/16 gas tank, and returned with 3/4. Apparently I did not pay enough attention when signing. Be careful! Read the detail before you sign!
This business is outstanding. Due to an accident, my daughter, Ellen Weaver, had to rent a vehicle. The first vehicle she was given had mechanical problems which became noticeable on her way to work. She returned and the manager, Mr. Andrew Jones, was compassionate, responsible, professional, and decisive. He rectified the situation without delay. I congratulate Enterprise for their business practices and training, and Mr. Jones in particular for being an outstanding business leader.
Rented thru them both thru Insurance and Business and it's been an extremely easy process; very good customer service, no problems with them
